These Terms of Service apply to hospitality, accommodation, reservation, and related guest services purchased from Ora Hospitality LLC. By making a payment or confirming a reservation, you agree to these terms and to any reservation-specific terms presented to you before payment.
Reservations and payment
Availability is not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed. Unless different written terms are provided for an exclusive property booking, payment for an individual reservation is due in full when the reservation is accepted. Prices, included services, dates, occupancy, and applicable taxes or fees are disclosed before payment.
Guest information
You agree to provide accurate contact, guest, and payment information. You are responsible for reviewing the dates, accommodation, occupancy, price, and included services before paying.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
The change, cancellation, and refund terms that apply to your purchase will be provided with your reservation or payment request. Those reservation-specific terms form part of this agreement. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when practical and may take additional time to appear depending on the financial institution.
Guest conduct and eligibility
Guests must comply with applicable laws, property rules, safety instructions, occupancy limits, and any eligibility or screening requirements disclosed for the reserved service. Ora Hospitality LLC may refuse or end service when reasonably necessary to protect guests, staff, property, or legal compliance.
Third-party services
Payment processing and certain travel or hospitality services may be supplied by third parties under their own terms. Ora Hospitality LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties or events outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ora Hospitality LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
